The courthouse is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Counter services for document filing and inquiries are available between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m..
To begin a divorce, you must complete Form 8A – Application (Divorce) and file it at the Muskoka courthouse
For child support or decision-making responsibility (custody), you will need Form 35.1 – Affidavit (Decision-Making Responsibility and Parenting Time)
